I was given an education on what I needed to do to help other State Of California employees who have been denied a promotion, probation and other matters concerning the state employment and how to get results! He spent over 45 minutes educating me and who does that for no fee?! He is caring and his knowledge is vast. I am now armed with information I never knew was available. Victor was very determined in ensuring we were prepared for the appeal with Los Angeles County. He guided me on how to organize my evidence and facilitated the grievance process. Without his knowledge of the grievance process and ability to pinpoint the weaknesses presented by Human Resources, I doubt I would have won my appeal.
